International MOU Signed
University of Memphis School of Public Health Signs International MOU with College of Public Health and Health Informatics (CPHHI), King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS), Saudi Arabia
March 28, 2025 - During the week of March 24th, 2025, The University of Memphis School of Public Health was honored to host Dr. Ashraf Elmetwally, Professor of Epidemiology, College of Public Health and Health Informatics (CPHHI), King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS), Saudi Arabia.
The international MOU signed by University of Memphis School of Public Health and CPHHI, KSAU-HS, Saudi Arabia aims to establish collaborative Center "Center for Population Health Interventions and Outcomes" with an aim to enhance collaboration in areas of academic partnership, research collaborations, faculty development, student and community engagement both here in Memphis and Saudi Arabia.
Professor Ashraf Elmetwally had an opportunity to meet with the Dr. David Russomanno, University of Memphis Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dr. Jasbir Dhaliwal, Vice President of Research at University of Memphis, and SPH leadership and faculty to discuss next steps.
