Ms. Foster presented in the PUBH 2181: Population Health and Society course, Fall 2025, taught by Dr. Lori M. Ward, PhD. She presented a lecture entitled, “Public Health in Practice: An Introduction to Public Health Opportunities,” where she provided an overview of her career trajectory and discussed emerging trends and essential skills needed in public health.

She also presented a second lecture on food insecurity, which is a part of her current work and a topic dear to her heart. Currently, Ms. Foster serves as a Special Project Coordinator in the Department of Coordinated School Health with Memphis-Shelby County Schools.

We appreciate her sharing her experience and knowledge with our students and we look forward to her returning in the future!
