SPH Represented at Raleigh Community Partnership Monthly Meeting

University of Memphis School of Public Health (UofM SPH) Community Outreach Representative, Steve Shular joined representatives of Memphis and Shelby County governments, neighborhood associations, businesses, churches and other organizations at the Raleigh Community Partnership meeting.
The monthly meeting in Raleigh is hosted by Memphis City Council Member, Rhonda Logan and the Memphis Mayor’s office. 
 
During the meeting, Mr. Shular updated the group about the UofM SPH’s recent rise in national ranking of 226 schools of public health from 99th to 74th in just the last year. He also highlighted SPH’s robust curriculum and 95 public health clubs established at high schools locally and internationally were also highlighted.  
 
The School of Public Health continues to maintain and expand its outreach efforts by establishing partnerships with government agencies, businesses and community organizations.
