Funding Opportunity Advances University Innovations Toward Commercialization

Office of Technology Transfer Development Grants support faculty innovations with up to $20,000 in commercialization funding

The FedEx Institute of Technology is now accepting applications for its Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) Development Grants, providing $10,000–$20,000 in funding to help University of Memphis faculty and researchers advance promising technologies toward commercialization.

The program is designed for inventors with active invention disclosures who are seeking to move their innovations closer to licensing, industry partnerships, and market readiness. Funding may be used to achieve key development milestones that strengthen the commercial value of a technology and accelerate its path to market.
