Cancellations
All housing contracts are legally binding agreements. By signing, residents acknowledge their responsibility to fulfill the terms outlined in the contract. Requests to cancel a housing contract are subject to review and may result in applicable cancellation fees as detailed in the agreement. Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically result in cancellation approval. We encourage all students to review the terms and conditions before submitting their contract.
Prior to Fall Move-In (Pre-Occupancy) Cancellation Fee Payment Chart
Below are the charges that may apply if you choose to cancel your housing contract before your scheduled move-in date.| Timing of Cancellation | Condition | Fee Assessed |

Prior to occupancy | $1,500 or 1/2 of semester housing greater (whichever is greater) |

Prior to Spring Move-In (Pre-Occupancy) Cancellation Fee Payment Chart

This information applies to students who are new to housing, not current residents.
