Rates include utilities: up to $100 monthly cap (as billed by MLGW) for 1-bedroom units and up to $150 monthly cap (as billed by MLGW) for 2-bedroom units. Overages will be billed to your student account.
*Extended stay – Hall remains open during winter break and spring break.
◊ Pod-style: Wing with 10 - 12 rooms sharing 6 - 7 private restroom/shower facilities.
Community-style: Each floor has about 30 rooms sharing two community restroom/shower with individual stalls with doors.
+ LLC is an all-freshmen hall with exception. Some Living Learning Communities could house sophomores. Contact your Living Learning Community advisor for more information.
• Park Ave A: Phase I unit (small bedroom) 2-bedroom furnished townhouse/shared unit
Park Ave. B: Phase II unit (large bedroom) OR Phase I unit - 2-bedroom furnished flat or townhouse/shared unit
Housing rates are per semester. Contracts are for a full academic year (Fall and Spring semester) unless student is graduating at the end of the Fall semester or not returning to the University for Spring. Students who cancel the Spring portion of their academic year contract after residing in residence halls for any portion of the Fall semester are subject to a contract breakage penalty. Housing fees are charged each semester and students are responsible for paying any balances not covered by financial aid.
