About Christian Tripp
Christian joins the BFA Performance faculty this year with an emphasis in Acting. As a performer Christian has worked throughout the country with companies such as The Colorado Shakespeare Festival, The Barter Theatre, Camden Shakespeare Festival, Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival, and the UpstART Theatre Company. Professional productions include: Othello, Hamlet, The Odyssey, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Taming of the Shrew, Coriolanus, Titus Andronicus, The Duchess of Malfi, Alls Well That Ends Well, Pericles, Cinderella, The NeverEnding Story, and Mike Mulligan and his Amazing Steam Shovel. As a teacher Christian is set on dedicating his life to the betterment of the African American stage picture and ushering in a generation of independent artists into the industry.
