Join the Parent & Family Association
Parent and Family Services supports the parents and families of both current and prospective
UofM students, championing family involvement to enhance student development and success.
As the primary point of contact for families, Parent and Family Services offers essential
support through the provision of information and connections to vital campus resources.
We facilitate family engagement with the Tiger experience via family-oriented events
and membership in the Parent and Family Association (PFA). Additionally, we encourage
families to actively participate in the University of Memphis community through philanthropy
and volunteerism.

Mark your calendar—Parent & Family Weekend 2026 will take place on Oct. 30 - Nov. 1 in conjunction with the UofM Homecoming! You, your student and entire family are invited to join us for one of the most spirited, fun-filled weekends of the year at the University of Memphis.

Your student may or may not admit it, but they are probably missing home in some way. An encouraging note from loved ones can go a long way, and you will gain bonus points for sending snacks and treats that can be shared with hallmates and friends.
