Operational Hours for the Service Desk

Call the ITS Service Desk Call Center (901.678.8888) any day of the week! (Excluding Some Holidays)
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm CDT
Saturday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm CDT
Sunday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm CDT 

ITS Service Desk Walk-in Hours (AD 100)
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CDT

You can contact the Service Desk for assistance with technical login difficulties or issues. Incoming calls after hours will be handled by voicemail services. If you require assistance after 8:00 pm CDT, please leave a message or submit a service request. You can also email umtech@memphis.edu  with a description of your issue, and a service request will automatically be created.
