ResNet lets you connect your computer/electronic devices directly to UofM's computer network and—through the University network—to the Internet. For more information go to their website. 

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by students living on campus in the University of Memphis residence halls.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request. 

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Enter 'ResNet' followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request or issue in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
