I am interested in measuring fit between people and occupations across multiple dimensions
within a Whole-Person Fit framework. Specifically, my research interests include the
measurement of vocational interests, work values, as well as measurement of occupationally
demanded knowledge, skills, and abilities. Related interests include measuring inequality
in access to decent work across occupations, occupational fit among individuals with
neurodevelopmental disorders, and understanding the vocational interests of people
with autism.
