We are conducting research to learn more about attention patterns in adult speakers. The goal of this NIH-funded project is to determine whether and how attention interacts with stuttering experiences. Below are details about the study. Please contact us if you are interested in participating!

  • We are looking for adults between the ages of 18-60
  • We are recruiting speakers who stutter AND speakers who do not stutter
  • Online session (30 min) and in-person session (2 hours)
  • Participants will look at pictures, answer questions, produce (recorded) speech about various topics, and complete simple computer-based tasks
  • Participants receive a $50 Amazon gift card
  • Weekday, evening, and weekend sessions available
