Gloria Owuredua Obeng is a senior at the University of Memphis, majoring in Computer Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship. A proud recipient of a scholarship from the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat, Gloria is deeply involved in her campus community as a member of Black Scholars Unlimited, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Marketing Co-Chair for ASA, Membership Chair for TigerAI Club and a volunteer with Global Friends, helping foster connections among international students.
Shania Robinson

Shania Robinson is a senior public health student at the University of Memphis and the Founder of The Joy We Keep, a parent venture dedicated to cultivating community health and wellness through joyful programming and initiatives, creative experiences, and cultural storytelling. Under this umbrella, she serves as Founder and Project Lead for its sister-initiative, the Memphis Health Jamboree, an emerging community festival that reimagines health through music, movement, art, culinary heritage, and intergenerational engagement. Completing her fieldwork at the Crews Center for Entrepreneurship, Shania is passionate about exploring the intersection of public health and entrepreneurship, as well as community health promotion, cultural competence, and program design and implementation.
Daryl Rojas

Daryl Rojas is a business operations professional. He holds an MBA and is currently pursuing an MS in Information Systems with a focus on Applied AI at the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. As a graduate assistant at the Crews Center, he supports aspiring entrepreneurs by advising them on customer discovery, go-to-market strategy, product development, and business growth while also contributing to the center’s operations. He has developed and delivered workshops on branding, prototyping, and case-study analysis and participates in AI-enabled knowledge management and cross-functional initiatives both on and off campus. Originally from Costa Rica, Daryl brings a multicultural perspective shaped by his experiences across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. He is passionate about business strategy, digital transformation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting ambitious entrepreneurs.
