20th Annual CS Research Day

The 20th Annual CS Research Day was held on Friday, April 4, 2025 in the new Edwards Research and Innovation Center (ERIC). During the event, students shared their ongoing research and were evaluated by a panel of faculty judges.
The agenda for this year's event featured four posters, seven short talks, and four long talks. UofM alum and former visiting faculty Evan Drumwright also gave a presentation about his experience with startup Dextrous Robotics.
The awards this year are listed below. In addition to these awards, Mayira Sharif was recognized for participating in the event as an undergraduate student. Thanks to Profs. Deepak Venugopal and Max Garzon for organizing the event, and to Jackquline Jones for her invaluable administrative support!
