Dr. James O. Catchings is a proud University of Memphis College of Education alumnus and longtime educator who dedicated more than 40 years to Memphis-Shelby County Schools, followed by an additional decade mentoring school leaders. Throughout his career, he served as an educator, administrator and advocate for students and communities across Memphis.
