Due to high interest in our program within the Greater Memphis area, please allow 30 days for our staff to respond to your application if you applied prior to May 5th.

The GROWWTH project provides services for West Tennessee low-income households.
GROWWTH is a part of a study funded by the Tennessee Department of Human Services which is being conducted to determine how these pilot programs help people improve their economic well-being.
