HR Service Center
The HR Service Center, located in 165 Administration Building, provides first-line support to all HR inquiries, including:
- Directing callers/visitors to their assigned HR Business Partner
- Temporary Employment Processing
- Bereavement Flowers (in accordance with University policy)
- Requests for Name Change on Official University Records
- University Separation checklists
- Wireless Communication Device Allowance Requests/Changes
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- Tiger Perks applications for local businesses
- Transcript verifications
- Job applicant status updates
- General benefits questions, including:
- New enrollments
- Edison issues
- Enrollment changes
- Initiations of medical leave
- Tuition discounts
- General retirement information
- New employee orientation registrations
- Pre-employment checks
- Verifications of Employment
