UofM Board of Trustees to Convene March 13

March 6, 2024 — The first University of Memphis Board of Trustees meeting of 2024 will occur Wednesday, March 13, in the Bluff Room of the Maxine A. Smith University Center.

The meeting also marks the first under Board of Trustees Chair Cato Johnson, who was elected by the Board at the December meeting. Johnson follows Trustee Doug Edwards as Chair.

Committee meetings will meet beginning at 8:30 a.m. and will run consecutively. The Full Board of Trustees meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. All meetings are open to the public and will be livestreamed.

The Audit Committee will meet with an executive session to follow to discuss confidential matters under state law.
