  • January 3–7, 2026: Attended the Annual Meeting of the American Mathematical Society in Washington, D.C., delivering a one-hour invited lecture titled "Neural Networks as Positive Linear Operators."

  • August 1–3, 2025: Served as Honorary Chair and Keynote Speaker at the 8th International Conference on Mathematical Modelling, Applied Analysis and Computation (ICMMAAC-25, Hybrid Mode) at JECRC University, Jaipur, India. Presented the lecture "Neural Networks as Positive Linear Operators."

  • April 18–20, 2024: Plenary Speaker at the 7th International Conference on Mathematical Modelling, Applied Analysis and Computation (ICMMAAC-24) at Lebanese American University, Beirut, Lebanon. The event also honored Dr. Anastassiou’s 70th birthday.
