Freshmen Orientation
Fall 2026 Admitted Students
New Student Orientation opens February 1 to all incoming students, including freshmen and transfers. This two-day experience includes an overnight stay in the Living Learning Complex, followed by a full day of engaging sessions with faculty, staff and fellow new Tigers in the University Center on campus.

Step 1: Select your preferred date
All sessions are two days. Students should plan to attend both days and parents are encouraged to join students on day two of their NSO experience.
May Sessions
May 20-21 Honors and Scholarship students only, May 27-28
June Sessions
June 1-2, June 8-9, June 10-11, June 22-23, June 24-25
July Sessions
July 6-7, July 8-9, July 20-21, July 22-23, July 27-28
Step 2: Register for your session
Orientation Fees
$150 per student
$50 per guest to attend NSO
$35 per guest to stay overnight on campus
Fees cover overnight stay, orientation materials and all meals during your NSO session.
Due to the nature of this event, we cannot provide refunds.
