More information about Freshman New Student Orientation will be announced throughout the spring of 2025. (UofM Lambuth students: check out your orientation info here). 

At NSO, you will:

Step 1: Choose your session date

May 22*^, June 3*, June 6*, June 10, June 12*, June 24, June 26, July 22, July 24*, July 29

Sessions with a line through the date indicates that it is at capacity. We kindly ask that youregister for another available session.

*All students are welcome during these sessions, but students majoring in engineering disciplines should attempt to come one of the specified dates. Click here to see engineering majors.

^This is an Honors-ONLY New Student Orientation. 

If you need lodging accommodations the night before your session, please select to stay during your NSO registration:

• Residence Hall:
  • $35 per person 
  • Students will be placed with students, guests will be placed seperately
  • Space is limited and available at first come, first served

Step 2: Register

Registration for 2025 New Student Orientation will open on March 1, 2025. 

The button below will take you to the login page for the Tiger Tracks portal.  Once logged in, you will register using the email and password you used when creating your Tiger Tracks portal account. If you need assistance, please contact orientation@memphis.edu. 
  -Tip: The email is typically a personal email or email tied to your high school or parent. 

A credit or debit card is needed to complete your reservation if you choose to stay on campus .

Summary of Fees

• Student Program Fee: $0 (Your enrollment confirmation fee covers NSO! If you have not paid your enrollment confirmation fee, $100 will be added to your NSO registration.)
  • Student receives a day full of Tiger-filled activities, registration materials, a light breakfast, and a sit-down lunch.
• Tiger Tracks Kickoff (Student Only): $0 Optional
  • Join us for a social session the night before orientation, find out more information on the Tiger Tracks Kickoff webpage
• Overnight Stay Fee: $35
  • Stay on campus the night before your NSO session.
• Parent/Guest Program Fee: $50 per guest. Up to two guests.
  • Parent and/or guest receives a day full of Tiger-filled activities, registration materials, a light breakfast, and a sit-down lunch.
