Leadership Retreats

The Center for Service Learning and Volunteerism will begin providing on and off-site leadership retreat opportunities. These retreats will foster students’ leadership skills, teamwork, and a sense of belonging to the University of Memphis community. 

Tiger Leadership Institute

The Tiger Leadership Institute (TLI) at the University of Memphis provides undergraduate students with essential leadership competencies through engaging, interactive workshops led by expert University of Memphis staff members. Each session integrates proven leadership frameworks with practical skill-building activities, ensuring participants develop both theoretical understanding and real-world application capabilities. Students who attend at least 70% of the sessions throughout the academic year will be invited to the Tiger Leadership Institute Completion Reception in the spring.
