Desktop and Smart Technology Services Support
Desktop and Smart Technology Support (DSTS) is a team designed to provide operational support for the desktop service infrastructure. The DSTS team provides technical consultation in these areas to the campus and Local Support Provider (LSP) communities.

Local Tech Support Providers
A large majority of Local Tech Support Providers (LSPs) are managed by Information Technology Services (ITS). These groups (primarily academic) can be found in the top two sections of this listing:
Administrative Support - ITS works to fulfill the technical support needs of UofM Administration.
Academic Support - Information Technology Services works under the Office of the Provost. All participants rely on collaboration, cooperation, and communication to solve day-to-day problems and plan for future needs.
Groups not Managed by ITS - Groups not managed by ITS lists groups not under ITS. These groups still work closely with ITS to ensure campus technology information is exchanged and technology safety is maintained.
