Service Description: 

Central directory services provide standards based databases of user data most commonly used by IT services to authenticate and authorize user account access to online service and resources. We centrally support both LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by Local Service Providers and ITS Staff.
