Service Description: 

University email is hosted by Microsoft Office 365 as a cloud service. It can be accessed over the web at ummail.memphis.edu, or using any popular email client. In addition to 50GB of email storage, Office 365 also supports the following features:

• Shared calendars for your group
• Mailbox delegation: Give members in your group the ability to send on behalf, or grant them mailbox/calendar permissions
• Spam Filter: Although our email system automatically filters for spam or “junk” activity, we cannot guarantee that all messages of this nature will be filtered and some legitimate emails could be blocked. Please contact ITS if you believe an email should be blocked or whitelisted. 

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by faculty, staff, students, or sponsored guests.

How to Request Service?

For troubleshooting and support, please submit an online service request. 

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

For service requests, please include your Affiliation, Group Name (ex: Alumni, Marketing, College), and a description of your request.
