About Dr. Rick Fischer

Dr. Fischer was a Navy public affairs officer. He was an accredited public relations professional and was inducted into Public Relations Society of America College of Fellows in 2001. He is the former president and board chair of the Memphis PC Users Group. He retired in 2014.
