A BBA in Human Resource Management prepares you for a career in managing human resources in private or public organizations, government or nonprofits. As a human resource manager, you will play a key role in staffing the organization and in training, development and employee compensation.

To qualify for the Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree with major in Human Resource Management, offered by the Fogelman College of Business and Economics, the student must:
