Memphis Institute of Leadership Education (MILE)

The MILE Program provides additional learning opportunities for FCBE business students and prepares them to become future leaders in the City of Memphis through mentoring and leadership development training. Sponsored by the Department of Management, MILE is an exclusive oppportunity to any major in the Fogelman College of Business & Economics. This program aims to match top students, primarily juniors and seniors, with local business and organization leaders who serve as mentors for one academic year.
