About Amy Luckey
Professor Luckey joined LCON in 2022 and provides expertise in clinical nursing for perioperative, emergency room, and community (pediatric population and their families). Before joining LCON, Professor Luckey taught at Jackson State Community College from 2014 to 2022. There she taught mental health, pediatrics, and med-surgical clinical. She has received a Bachelor of Nursing from Union University and a Master of Nursing Education from the University of Memphis. She is currently working on her Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Education and Leadership at William Carey University. Professor Luckey has served as a member and chair of the program evaluation committee for multiple semesters at Jackson State University.
