The Department of Philosophy remembers Dr. Sheila Hollander, who died July 13, 2022, at the age of 89.
A lifelong learner, she dedicated much of her life to education, and taught as an adjunct instructor in the Philosophy Department at the U of M for 30 years, where she was known among students for her compassion, kindness, as well as her skills as a lecturer.
She will be missed.
