COVID-19 Communication Preparedness
Project Scope:
As the university makes plans for the fall 2021 semester, the Provost formed a team
to draft communication and promotional materials to promote and encourage all faculty,
staff and students to
- Be vaccinated
- Be safe on and off campus
PROPOSED TIMELINE: April 2021-August 2021
Project Updates:
- Signage promotinig on-campus vaccination clinics for Physical Plant staff
- Promotional materials provided for New Student orientation
- COVID-19 website updates
- CDC Student Survey promotion
- Parents Communication encouraging vaccinations among the student
- Proposed signage across campus promoting vaccinations
