Our Services

The SMART Center provides comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our team delivers high-quality care through both in-person and tele-behavioral health services, increasing accessibility and flexibility for the communities we serve.

We are committed to using evidence-based practices that support healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.


Clinical Services

Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and may include:

  • Individual therapy
  • Family therapy
  • School-based services and support
  • Trauma-informed care
  • Behavioral and emotional support services

We work collaboratively with clients, families, schools, and community partners to promote positive outcomes across home, school, and community settings.


Evidence-Based Interventions

The SMART Center specializes in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including:

  • Play Therapy – Developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions for children
  • Bounce Back – A school-based intervention designed to support children exposed to traumatic events
  • Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS) – Evidence-based group and individual interventions to address trauma-related symptoms
  • Child- and Family-Focused Interventions – Supporting healthy relationships and family functioning

Our clinical approach ensures that services are both effective and responsive to the unique needs of each individual.

Training & Community Support

In addition to direct clinical services, the SMART Center provides:

  • Professional training and workshops (including ACEs and QPR)
  • Consultation for schools and community organizations
  • Clinical supervision and workforce development
