SMART Connections♦Talk the Path Podcasts:

We are proud to partner with the University of Tennessee–Knoxville and the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to offer an exclusive podcast series as part of the Pathways to Behavioral Health Careers Project. This initiative is designed to educate and inspire high school students by introducing them to the many career opportunities within the behavioral health field. Through accessible, engaging content, students can explore the characteristics and daily responsibilities of behavioral health professionals, as well as the educational pathways needed to pursue these careers. By showcasing the wide-ranging possibilities and the meaningful impact behavioral health has on individuals and communities, the project aims to spark interest and help grow the behavioral health workforce—supporting a healthier, happier Tennessee.
