If the event is not funded or managed by a department or RSO (registered student organization), the event is external, even if participants or organizers are current students, faculty, or staff of the University.

Departments and Registered Student Organizations:

Academic and administrative departments, and registered student organizations may reserve on-campus facilities via Virtual EMS.  For information on training materials and reservation policy please visit the CES website.
