Undergraduate Certificate in Public Health
This online certificate program is designed for students to study public health and apply it in real-world settings. More specifically, understand how the environment, society, and data all play a role in shaping health outcomes. Through five (5) engaging courses (15 credit hours), the interactions between natural and human systems are addressed, and health analytics and visualization tools are used, to identify key factors that influence health in communities, and develop strategies to prevent disease. The program uses a team-based, combining online learning with hands-on projects and service-learning experiences to boost the knowledge and skills for career developement and improve health at every level.
