Faculty Profile
Heather Mohundro is a Dual Enrollment Chef Instructor for the Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality and Resort Management at The University of Memphis. She received her B.A. in Hospitality & Resort Management from The University of Memphis, as well as her M.S. in Sport and Hospitality Management.
Chef Mohundro is the Program Coordinator for the Dual Enrollment Culinary Arts program at Collierville High School. She teaches up to 100 Junior and Seniors the basics of professionalism as well as exploring different food groups and the art of cooking. Her main principle of teaching is that everyone should be able to feed themselves a home-cooked meal, especially high-schoolers before their new adventure of adulthood.
