About Yvette

I started teaching aerobics 28 years ago because I like helping people adopt healthier active lifestyles. I have competed in many different sporting events over the years such as bodybuilding, fitness, marathons, ultra marathon and 100-mile bike ride for leukemia. I have taught many different types of aerobic classes over the years from aerobics, hip hop aerobics, spinning, step, Pilates, Pilates reformer, yoga, body sculpting, Zumba, aqua Zumba, water aerobics , kickboxing and swimming. I enjoy gardening and raising different farm animals. Trying new activities will keep you from getting bored and keep you active  for life!
