step 1: review requirements and deadlines
Before completing your application in the Tiger Tracks Portal, you should visit the Office of Admissions website to confirm that you have met all University of Memphis admissions requirements and to review the University of Memphis application deadlines. Gather all necessary documentation to successfully submit your application. Use the links below to quickly access admission information for your application type.

step 2: apply for admission
After you have reviewed the admission requirements and residency information, apply to the University of Memphis via the Tiger Tracks Portal. If you're unsure how to apply, start by creating your account in the portal.
If it is your first time applying, create an account under "First-time User." After you have created your account, use the "Returning User" link to either finish your application or view its status. Be sure to save your login information.
First-time freshmen can apply in Tiger Tracks or via the Common App, and transfer students should select the transfer option in Tiger Tracks to ensure the correct checklist. However, dual enrollment applicants should not apply with the Common App.
step 3: what to expect
You will receive a notification (by email or letter) confirming that your application
has been received. You may be required to provide additional documents to the Office of Admissions before a decision is made on your application. Once a decision is made, you will
receive an admission decision letter.
step 4: early credit and placement
You may need to provide all necessary paperwork to the Office of Admissions for all dual enrollment, Advanced Placement, and International Baccalaureate courses
you may have taken while in high school.
