  • No personal devices will be used, please bring your presentation on a USB drive or save via cloud storage.

Collaboration with Recording:

  • Please be aware that presentations will be recorded for archival and dissemination purposes.
  • Ensure your presentation is suitable for recording to be made available to our wider audience.

Copyrighted Content:

  • Do not include YouTube clips, film scenes, images, or music unless you created them or have written permission.
  • Cite sources properly if using excerpts under fair use.
