University of Memphis Global Prep Academy and Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Celebrate MAAP Graduates and Career Advancement

The University of Memphis and Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare celebrated graduates of the MLH Associate Advancement Program (MAAP) on June 25 at the Memphis Botanic Garden. The ceremony recognized participants who completed UofM Global Prep Academy, bachelor's degree programs and several healthcare career pathways.
The graduation ceremony honored the participants' dedication and hard work while celebrating an important milestone in their academic and professional journeys. Each graduate's achievement reflects a commitment to personal growth, continued learning and service to the healthcare community. Family members, colleagues and program leaders gathered to honor the graduates and celebrate this important milestone in their academic and professional journeys.
Through the partnership between UofM Global and Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, MAAP provides associates with opportunities to continue their education, strengthen their professional skills and advance their careers in healthcare.
The program offers limited out-of-pocket tuition costs and full financial coverage for eligible certification programs, helping make career and educational advancement more accessible. By connecting higher education with career-focused training, MAAP creates pathways for associates to grow professionally while helping meet the need for skilled healthcare workers throughout Memphis and the surrounding region.
