Financial Aid Verification Process

Project Scope:
Review current processes relating to Financial Aid Verification and create an improved, electronic and streamlined process. Electronic process will provide students and parents the ability to complete, sign and submit required documentation and route appropriately for review. Process will eliminate students' faxing, emailing, long lines and reduce staff time answering calls and responding to emails.What is purpose of team and what are expected outcomes.
