Uniform Guidance
Project Scope:
Review the Uniform Guidance Procurement Standards in order to meet the revised federal
regulations by July 1st which requires bids for micro-purchases over $3500. The current
limit for all other University purchases is $10,000. Identify updates that may be
needed for procedural documents, websites and request any system changes for SciQuest
or Banner.
