Why Lifestyle Medicine

Physicians and other senior healthcare professionals face heavy demand, and they rarely have time to educate patients on nutrition, activity, sleep, stress and social connection. That's where a lifestyle medicine specialist comes in — working alongside the healthcare team to give patients the information they need to live healthier lives.

Join a growing field focused on prevention, well-being and lasting change.

  • Master health coaching: Develop the coaching skills to empower others to make lasting behavior changes.
  • Apply practical strategies: Practice effective techniques to support clients in reaching their health goals.
