The ITS Service Desk provides support to all faculty, staff, and students. It is comprised of the call center, Center for Teaching and Learning, and Smart Technology Services. Position: Technical Assistant - Lambuth Campus
Technical Assistants are responsible for providing our clients with Tier I technical support and customer service. A Technical Assistant assists clients, document and submit support tickets. Technical Assistants are also responsible for monitoring and maintaining a clean and organized computer lab environment. This position requires coming to campus to work.
Hours of Availability:
- Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00PM
Position: Technical Assistant - Main Campus
Technical Assistants are responsible for providing our clients with Tier 1 technical support and customer service. A technical assistant will assist clients over the phone and document and submit support tickets. Technical assistants also monitor and maintain our computer labs.
