About Melissa Petersen
Melissa Petersen oversees the non-academic programming, use and maintenance of the Tiger Food Lab and the Tiger Café. Melissa’s background includes marketing, publishing, cooking classes, food writing, recipe editing, event planning, food styling and program development. Most recently Melissa developed and implemented a meal program for food insecure patients and a community healthy cooking curriculum while overseeing Church Health’s Nutrition Hub facility. Melissa is excited to put her experience to work to support and boost the cooking confidence and success of every student, staff, athlete and faculty member.
