Enjoy a break from your busy day! Wear your walking shoes and join us for a 30-minute walk.
Step It Up is a 30-minute walking program sponsored by the School of Health Studies Health Promotion team. We also provide health and wellness tips and play specially curated musical playlists during your walk. Open to all UofM faculty, staff and students.
