Online Forms and eSignatures

Etrieve is the UofM's solution for electronic forms and digital signatures. It allows users to:

• Access a centralized library of forms
• Send, sign, and stay up to date on form progress
• Create no-code forms and workflows
• Automatically route and store completed forms

All faculty, staff, and students can submit and sign documents. To create or manage forms, you must request developer access through the Service Desk.
