Presenter Instructions

The 35th  Annual University of Memphis Student Research Forum will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 in the University Center Ballroom. 

• • Posters MUST BE set up at destined times (please see the schedule). IT IS UP TO THE STUDENT TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL THE TRI-FOLD POSTER (dimensions, 36 x48 inches flat, 36 x24 inches folded). 
  • When you arrive, register, pick up your name tage and packet. 
  • Look for your assigned table number and set up your TRIFOLD POSTER.
  • Judging begins an hour after your destined setup time.  
  • Please be present for judges to talk with you.
