CARES Weekly Surveys

Dear Student:

You have been assigned weekly surveys for this semester. Every Monday, you will successfully complete the Survey and answer all questions in detail. This information will be used to recommend services that will enhance academic success. Students that are only assigned Weekly Surveys in accordance with their Conditional Enrollment Agreement will be moved to mandatory weekly meetings if the student fails to complete surveys in a timely manner.
