Rachel Arthur, PhD, is a Research and Data Analyst at the Center for Community Research and Evaluation. Her areas of expertise include childhood literacy, educational psychology, and mixed‑methods program evaluation. Dr. Arthur’s professional experience spans both academic and practice‑oriented research settings, including a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychology at the University of Memphis and a research appointment with the Center for Research and Reform in Education at Johns Hopkins University.
