Rachel Arthur is a Research and Data Analyst at the Center for Community Research and Evaluation. A social science researcher with deep expertise in educational research and program evaluation, she brings extensive experience working across academic and applied settings. Her background includes a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychology at the University of Memphis (2003–05) and a research appointment with the Center for Research and Reform in Education at Johns Hopkins University (2014–16). Dr. Arthur has authored or co‑authored 25 academic publications and is recognized for her expertise in childhood literacy, educational psychology, and mixed‑methods program evaluation.
