McKinlee Deutsch is a Research & Data Analyst at the Center for Community Research and Evaluation. She currently works as a third-party evaluator for the Memphis Police Department’s Crisis Intervention Team (CIT). As an evaluator McKinlee coordinates data collection with CIT stakeholders, documents evaluation findings, and creates reporting instruments and other continuous improvement strategies.

McKinlee’s previous project included creating a foundation of quality improvement for the University’s Growing Relational and Occupational Wealth in West Tennessee Households (GROWWTH) program as a certified Results-Based Accountability professional. She worked with multiple stakeholders to build a culture of data stewardship.

Before joining the Center, McKinlee worked as a Housing and Community Development fellow and Social Policy Research Assistant with Seeding Success. She supported their research for education policy initiatives as well as their community development and health/well-being policy development process for their More for Memphis project.
