Research & Data Analyst
McKinlee Deutsch is a Research & Data Analyst at the Center for Community Research and Evaluation. As a certified Results-Based Accountablity professional, McKinlee supports the data collection process for the University’s Growing Relational and Occupational Wealth in West Tennessee Households (GROWWTH) program. McKinlee works with project stakeholders to promote an evidence-based culture in which results are central in moving from talk to action. McKinlee brings technical expertise in research implementation, nonprofit program evaluation, and organizational capacity building as a previous AmeriCorps VISTA. Before joining the Center, McKinlee worked as a Social Policy Research Assistant with Seeding Success and supported their community development and health/well-being policy development process.
