McKinlee Deutsch is a Research & Data Analyst at the Center for Community Research and Evaluation. She currently works as a project manager for Upskill Mid-South, a $21 million workforce development initiative housed at the University of Memphis. She also supports the Memphis Police Department’s Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) as a third-party evaluator, coordinating data collection with CIT stakeholders, documenting evaluation findings, and creating reporting instruments and other continuous improvement strategies.
McKinlee’s previous project included creating a foundation of quality improvement for the University’s Growing Relational and Occupational Wealth in West Tennessee Households (GROWWTH) program as a certified Results-Based Accountability professional. She worked with multiple stakeholders to build a culture of data stewardship.
Before joining the Center, McKinlee worked as a Housing and Community Development fellow and Social Policy Research Assistant with Seeding Success. She supported their research for education policy initiatives as well as their community development and health/well-being policy development process for their More for Memphis project.
